My commitment to your privacy
DiskHunt is operated by Hultgren Development AB. I take privacy seriously and have designed this site with a minimal-tracking philosophy: I collect no personal data, use only privacy-friendly cookieless analytics, and the only cookie I set is a functional one to remember your chosen Amazon marketplace.
Analytics: Plausible
I use Plausible Analytics to understand how visitors use DiskHunt. Plausible is cookieless and collects no personal data. No IP addresses are stored, no device fingerprinting is performed, and no information is shared with third parties. Because no personal data is collected, no cookie consent banner is required.

Cookies I do use
DiskHunt sets a single functional cookie, `dh-locale`, to remember which Amazon marketplace you've chosen (e.g. amazon.com, amazon.co.uk, amazon.de). It stores only a short locale code such as `sv-se`, lives for one year, and is `SameSite=Lax`. It contains no personal data and is never sent to third parties. No consent banner is required for strictly-functional preference cookies under GDPR/ePrivacy.

When you follow an affiliate link, the retailer's own privacy policy applies to your visit on their site. I have no visibility into what happens after you leave DiskHunt.
Changes to this policy
If I ever change how data is collected I will update this page and clearly state what changed and why. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
